1.Product Introduction
5X sand making machine is a machine by way of impact crushing, widely applied for primary and fine crushing (sand making) of hard and crisp materials like rocks, abrasive materials, refractory materials, cement clinker, quartz, iron ores, concrete aggregates, etc. It’s especially suitable for construction and road building. Impact crusher is featured by simple structure, low price, stable operation and highly effective energy saving. The impeller and materials self-lining in the vortex crushing chamber greatly reduce the cost of abrasive components and maintenance workload. It effectively solves the “iron pollution” and the “steel jam” and the inner airflow self-circulation eliminates the dust dispersing.
2.Working Principle
Materials enter into the crushing chamber of 5X sand maker through the feeder and impact with those distributed around the impeller in the form of an umbrella under the action of centrifugal force. Then, in the strong vortex between the impeller and the case, the materials impact, rub and crush with each other for many times. At last, they will be discharged from the lower outlet of 5X sand making machine.
3. Performance Characteristics
1. After the optimization of the deep chamber rotor, the output is increased by about 30%.
2. After partial abrasion of guard board, it can be used upside down which will increase the utilization ratio of materials and the operation life span by more than 48%.
3. The only thing to do is to renew the abrasive hammer because of combined hammer design which can decrease the operational cost by more than 30%. In addition, the auxiliary hammer is added to effectively avoid the abrasion of vertical plate.
4. The core wear-resistant materials adopt wear-resistant and thermostable materials used in important industries in America.
5. Rhombus impact block is used to avoid the abrasion of vertical plate after the impact of materials.
6. The bearings are all international brand from Japan, Sweden, America, etc.
7. The best emission outlet and more smooth inner curve design makes it possible to reduce the flow resistance of materials and greatly improve the output.
8. Distribution table for dual purposes is easy to operate which can achieve shift between two ways of feeding.
9. The lower part of the main bearing is specially sealed to ensure that there is no grease seal and grease leakage.
