Application:
HOPU ZYD series is mainly used to improve the properties of insulation oil. It can remove trace water, gas, particulate matters etc. from the insulating oil effectively and rapidly so as to boost performance of transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductors, cable and capacitors which has insulation system.ZYD series specialize in purifying branded oil, insulating oil of high voltage and super high voltage transformer. Additionally, it is suitable for treating low viscosity lubrication oil.
Feature
1. Double-stage vacuum system, strong power of vacuum evacuating, ultimate vacuum value ≤ 5Pa.
2. Two vacuum separating chambers, efficient oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength improving greatly.
3. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
4. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies.
5. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
7. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak.
If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.

For insulating oil purification and regeneration
1.ZY series for purify the insulating oil (for less than 110kv transforer oil purification or other insulating equipment oil)
2. ZYB series for purify and regenerate the insulating oil (for less than 110kv transformer oil purification and regeneration)
3. ZYD series for purify the insulating oil with a roots pump (for over 110kv transformer oil purification)
4. ZYD-I series for purify and regenerate the insulating oil (for high voltage insulating equipment oil purification and regeneration)
For lubricating/turbine oil purification and regeneration
1.TY series for purify the turbine oil (Mainly on dehydration, demulsification)
2.TYA series for purify the normal lubricating oil
3.TYC series for purify and regenerate the normal lubricating oil
TYB series without Vacuum system (deal with the dirty oil which can not be heated, and for the light oil)
LY series plate pressure oil purifier (remove the particals from the oil, can purify the vegetable oil when use SS material)
JL portable oil purifier ( it's economic with three-stage purification. remove impurities from the dirty oil, best for oil filling and oil drawing)
