The high-efficiency multi-fine sand recovery dewatering screen adopts double vibration motor excitation in the vibration device, which has compact structure and long service life. It overcomes the characteristics of large structure, oil leakage, wear, noise and cumbersome maintenance of the traditional block eccentric vibrator. Rubber buffer is used in shock absorption of high-efficiency multi-frequency dewatering screen. Its main characteristics are oxidation resistance, long service life and good cushioning effect. Side plate of sieve box is pasted with sunshine wear-resistant rubber plate to ensure that the sieve frame is not damaged by wear and tear. High-efficiency multi-frequency dehydration screen uses embedded wear-resistant polyurethane composite screen, which has a life of 3-10 times as long as traditional metal screen, avoids the direct collision between the metal frame of screen and ore, reduces noise and improves working environment.
The structure of high efficiency fine sand recovery slurry dewatering equipment:
Unlike traditional dewatering sieve, the main part of the sieve plate of the dewatering sieve is deviated horizontally. The rear part of the sieve plate is 45 angles to the main board. Two balanced vibration motors are installed horizontally, and one is installed horizontally at the other upper end, which is generated by the unbalanced gravity when rotating.
Rotating effect ensures that the dewatering screen can work steadily and minimizes noise. Moreover, the screen adopts embedded technology to facilitate installation and partial replacement.
The working principle of high efficiency fine sand recovery slurry dewatering equipment:
High efficiency fine sand recovery slurry dewatering equipment is mainly used for dewatering cyclone and densifier underflow. When the high-efficiency multi-frequency dewatering screen is working, about 75% of the high-concentration cyclone underflow and 60% of the denser underflow enter the back side plate behind the dewatering screen, and a thicker mine filter layer is formed automatically. Under the action of high-frequency vibration, water gradually passes through the mine filter layer and enters under the screen. The water content on the screen is about 15% and complete. It meets the standard of tailings dry drainage.
