Introduction of Mobile Crusher Station
Mobile crusher station is a novel rock crushing equipment, which greatly expands the conceptual field of crushing operation. Mobile crusher station (crushing mobile crusher station) is a crushing unit composed of jaw crusher and vibration feeder, and equipped with efficient double-layer feeder. Double-layer feeder reduces the conformity of jaw crusher throughput at the same time, and can also increase the total output. Jaw crusher has a wide range of applications. Mobile jaw crusher is mainly used in primary crushing products of quarry. The processing range of mobile jaw crusher is 50-500 tons/hour.
The mobile crusher station is equipped with a high performance jaw crusher. The vehicle-mounted feeder and high-strength vibrating screen are short in length and light in weight. The mobile crusher station has strong adaptability and flexible combination of reducing material transportation costs, regardless of crushing, fine crushing or sand making operations.
Application scope of mobile crusher station:

3. The equipment is flexible and convenient to move. Semi-trailer traction can be used in long-distance transportation, and steering traction system is added.
