ZDY coal mine full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig is mainly used for coal mine gas drainage, coal seam water injection, geological exploration and other various engineering drilling, and can also be used for drilling underground construction. Applicable to various coal seams and rock layers with rock solidity coefficient f≤8. The roadway or drill field is required to have a sectional area of ≥6m2, a height of ≥2.4m and a width of ≥2.5m. The machine is a full hydraulic power head gear shifting rig capable of drilling all angles at any angle. The pump station adopts high-pressure double-gear pump, which has high durability and long service life; the power head adopts hydraulic quantitative motor, gear shifting, large torque and strong drilling ability; hydraulic chuck adopts disc spring clamping hydraulic release, clamping ability Strong, can effectively prevent the drill pipe from slipping; the clamp is hydraulically opened for the disc spring clamping, flexible use; the console uses single-function operation, fully mechanically disassembling the drill pipe, easy to operate and convenient to use.
The machine has stable performance, high work efficiency, safety and reliability; low damage rate, convenient maintenance, easy disassembly, installation, etc.
