Product Introduction
The coal hammer crusher is applied to raw materials with compressive strength of less than 150MPa, such as limestone, marlite, sand, shale, gypsum and coal. It can crush lumpy ores in the stope into required sizes once only which can replace traditional two-stage crushing. It not only simplifies the process flow but also saves the capital construction investment and production cost. It's applied for secondary and fine crushing of crisp materials below medium hardness like coal or coke. There are two types: reversible and irreversible.
Working Principle
The main working component of coal hammer crusher is the rotor with a hammer. The rotor is composed of the main bearing, disc, pin and the hammer. The motor drives rotor to rotate fast inside the crushing chamber. Materials enter from the upper feeding inlet and are beaten, impacted, cut and ground by speedy hammer. There is the diagrid below the rotor for materials smaller than the size of the sieve pore to pass through, while those larger and coarse materials will remain on the diagrid to be beaten and ground until they can be discharged.

Installation and Maintenance
1)Installation Instructions
1. The hammer crusher should be installed based on the concrete.
2. A hardwood spacer or other materials for shock absorption should be put in the middle of the hammer crusher and the concrete base to avoid the vibration which will affect the structure when it works.
3. The motor and the center of the rotor axle should be in vertical angle not to damage the elastic sleeve on the shaft coupling and to cause the heat of the shaft.
2)Product Maintenance
1. The elastic sleeve on the shaft coupling should be renewed in time if it's damaged.
2. The adjustment of the granularity can be achieved by altering the form of diagrids or the gap between diagrids with fill block embedded on both ends inside the chute of the diagrid rack.
3. The granularity of products can also be adjusted by altering the gap between the hammer and the diagrid by means of rotating the eccentric shaft.
4. It must be stopped instantly when there's a heavy vibration. After the problem is checked and solved, the machine can be restarted.
5. One surface on the impact part of the hammer is usable if the other one is abraded.
