Description

SDA116T/SDA126T, RION produced voltage output dynamic and static dual-mode tilt sensor for industrial field control, integrating dynamic and static dual-mode combination algorithm.

According to different working conditions, the product could automatically shift between the dynamic and static measurement modes. Ensure High-precision measurement of products in a variety work conditions. The inclinometer will adopt a static algorithm while the working conditions be in static mode; and it will adopt the dynamic algorithm while be in dynamic mode,to ensure the high-precision measurement of the products on static and dynamic .

Data transmitted through the RS485 hardware differential bus. Inclinometer Built-in high-precision 16-bit A/D differential converter, through the 5th-order filtering algorithm, measure the tilt angle and pitch angle of the sensor output relative to the ground.

Due to the built-in high-precision digital temperature sensor from ADI, the temperature drift of the sensor can be corrected according to the change of the temperature sensor then ensure high repeatability of the product under low or high temperature environment.

The standard output response frequency can reach 18Hz. If need a higher response frequency, we can customize it according to the user. The truly industrial grade products with reliable and stable performance, good expandability and a variety of outputs. Apply for all kinds of harsh industrial environments.
