Product Application

Telescopic mast can be used with lamplight, camera, antenna, mobile and military, emergency, illumination,

photography, meteorological measurement equipment.

It also plays an important role in natural disasters, emergency rescue at night and lightning at the Golf course and large football field.

It can be mounted on the vehicle or stand on the ground with tripod.

It has manual, motorized and pneumatic lifting method, the extended length up to 35m and closed length to 1.3m.

One unit of telescopic poles in white to be wrapped with Poly tapes then 2 units to be packed into a plywood case

Workshop

Installation

A. Fixed mode: achieved by tripod; vehicle mode: fixed by car clamps

B. The telescopic mast should be mounted on a flat and solid foundation. If the mast is tilted or tilted for a long time, its speed will be affected and it will cause damage to the mast itself.

C. The top load of mast should not exceed its conventional bearing so as not to tilt or damage the mast

D. Telescopic mast above 10m or less than 10m (including 10m) carrying more than 5kg must be fitted with pulling cords.

E. And the mast need be fitted with pulling cords when the wind speed exceeds 14m/s.

F. Method for erecting a mast with pulling cord (take a three layer pulling cord mounted on the ground as an example):

a. The telescopic mast should be vertically fixed on the horizontal base.

b. The position selection of ground anchors. The distance between ground anchor and the bottom center of mast is greater than 2/3 of the height of the mast, and nails shall be driven into ground every 120 degrees.

Mast Operation Precautions

l No overloading.

l Ensure the area in which the mast is deployed is free of obstructions and overhead power lines.

l For motorized mast :The crank handle of mast must be disengaged when operated electrically.

l For pneumatic mast:DO NOT remove any of the exhaust valves in an attempt to retract the mast quicker, this action removes control over the rate of decent.

l For motorized mast:When operated manually, the motorized telescopic antenna mast must be in a power off state.

l Any abnormal phenomena( such as inflexible or stuck) occurs when lifting, you should stop it immediately, identify the reasons, and lift it after cleaning troubles.

l Operating environment requirements:

l working temperature: pneumatic mast -15--+60℃. manual and motorized mast -50--+60℃.

l Wind load: 50-80km/(without Guy rope ), 100-120Km/h( with Guy rope)

l Note: if special request, please confirm with our technician.

Maintenance

l Waterproof and dust proof cover should be put into outdoor storage

l If there is a situation that is not smooth or obvious noise during lifting mast,add lubricating oil to make sure inner Mechanical parts work well. Suggest to add oil to the mast every 2-3 month.

l Regularly check the connection parts in normal condition.

l Change seals easily on regular time can make mast in good using conditions after using 20 thousand times.
