Installation Method:
1.Select an area free of power lines or other overhead obstructions. Mast location should be no closer than a horizontal distance equal to the extended height of the mast away from any overhead power lines. The mast should be located on level terrain.
2. if mount mast on vehicle, just fix the mast with car clamps, if mount on groud fix the mast base plate and tripod (if needed) with stainless steel stakes to mak the mast stable.
3. Mount lifting handle bar to raise up manual mast.
4. if have space to fixe guy wire or pulling cord box, use ground anchor to fix them,
usually height more 15m , 3 layers pulling cord box is better for using
if less than 15m, 1 to 3 layer nylon guy wire will be suggested based on the height.
How to choose the fittable model and specification?
1.mounted way
Please confirm the mounted way, ground or vehilcle mounted model.
2.Max extended height
Confirm the max extended height you need (2m to 35m for your choose)
3.Max head load
Based on application, confirm the mounted equipment weight and size which will decide the mast tube size.
4. Space for tripod and guy wire
Confirm if there space to mount the tripod or guy wire.
the fixed diameter for the tripod is 3m-4m,
the fixed diameter for the guy wire will be decided by the extended height, usually is 0.56*extended height is ok.
5. Accessories
special request on the accessories. if yes, let me know.
if no, we usually provide mast with basic accessories.
