Product description:
This machine uses polypropylene and polyethylene as raw materials, through heating, extrusion, wire cutting, drawing into flat yarn, after winding by winder for circular loom knitting.
Our factory has made many improvements to this series of wire drawing machines by using advanced applicable technology. It can be used for drawing flat wire with different ingredients and quality raw materials, such as 100% recycled material, powder or granular material. The screw and barrel of the extruder are made of 38CrMoA1A alloy steel. After nitriding treatment, the hardness is over HV950. The extruder barrel, tee and die head are all heated by cast aluminium, the traction roller is plated with hard chromium, the gear and sprocket are made of 45 # medium carbon steel and quenched by high frequency. The traction mechanism increases the automatic tension winding roller, which has the characteristics of durability, easy operation, safety and reliability.
Should use:
Application: Production of polypropylene (PP) and high density polyethylene (HDPE) flat yarn for woven bags, cement bags, mesh bags, sunshade nets, waterproof tarpaulins, etc.
