SCM-750*4S four shuttle circular loom
This series of circular looms are equipped with polypropylene or high density polyethylene to weave cylindrical woven fabrics. The new type of small cam circular loom produced by our company is based on many years of research and production experience of plastic knitting machines, and has absorbed advanced foreign technology, constantly improved and developed the original circular loom.
This series of circular looms can be used for flat yarns of different quality or even completely recycled materials. It has the advantages of advanced design, reasonable structure, simple operation, convenient maintenance, low power consumption and high efficiency.
1. New planar cam driving mechanism;
2. Non-lubricated roller shuttle, less friction, more stable operation;
3. Advanced weft automatic compensation system to reduce the waste rate;
4. Fully automatic host and lifting synchronous control system to ensure smooth and smooth fabric;
5. It is more than 1.2 times the speed of the conventional circular loom series. It runs faster, has more stable performance and lower power consumption.
