LJZ2-CNC-500×4200 CNC double mitre saw is used for cutting aluminum window and door profiles, curtain walls and other industrial aluminum profiles.

It is also used for corner connector cutting. Adopting CNC technique, this double head mitre saw can achieve automatic cutting for various profiles.

High speed rotating spindles and blades driven by motor can realize precise feeding and cutting. CNC double mitre saw can achieve different cutting lengths by inputting information on the computer display.

Three cutting angles (45°, 90°, 67.5°) are converted by button. Besides, this double head mitre saw is equipped with air-liquid switching device that ensures stable cutting speed.

1. Its feeding system adopts imported linear guide pair with high accuracy and long service life.
2. This double head mitre saw adopts imported carbide saw blade which ensures accurate processing and high endurance.
3. Special designed air-controlled angle converting device replaces the magnetic valve control. Magnetic valve problem is eliminated. 
4. Due to air-hydraulic damping cylinder, CNC double mitre saw achieves uniform sped feeding and smooth motion.
5. This double head mitre saw is installed with automatic opening guard shield ensuring safety operation.
6. Special designed angle locating device ensures cutting angle's stability.
7. Parker CNC double mitre saw can realize continuous cutting with different lengths.
