1.Product Description
1).This machine is specially designed for production slot-alu insulating glass.
2). Accomplish the double glazing's cleaning, alu-frame locating, auto-assembling, flat-pressing and smooth shifting out.
3).Center press in plate press section ensures excellent results.
4). PLC control, frequency stepless speed control, imported electrical parts .
5). Washing section for glass carrying is equipped with tension bridle device to fit requirement of high speed.
6).The overall structure of air knife, guiding wheel and running wheel of drying section are equipped with tension bridle device to ensure drying effect.
7).The overturn of glass has two directions, glass will be shifted automatically.
8). Normal glass, coated glass and Low-E glass can all be washed.
9). The machine can be upgraded according to users' request.
