CPN alkali pump is suitable for chlor-alkali, soda ash industry, medicine, chemical fertilizer, pesticide industry, petroleum, chemical industry, chemical fiber, paper industry, dye industry, environmental protection engineering and water treatment system etc. CPN alkali liquid transfer pump is used to transport alkali liquids containing solid particles and easy to crystallize. For High temperature resistant pump, add cooling water when using pump.
CPN alkali pump has the features of high efficiency, low energy consumption, strong corrosion resistance, wide operating range and strong adaptability. Pump rotation direction: from the drive end to see the pump, clockwise rotation. In the inspection of dismounting impeller and shaft seal, CPN pump with back pull-out structure does not need to disassemble the pipeline and electric connection with the pump body. CPN alkali pump is simple and convenient for maintenance and is an ideal equipment for civilized factory.
Five structural features of CPN alkali pump:
1, The cast feet below the pump body can support any load from the pipeline and directly to the foundation, so that the pump rotor will not be subjected to the pump load to ensure the best service life of the bearing and mechanical seal.
2,CPN alkali pump is equipped with precision machining high rigidity pump shaft, equipped with thin oil lubrication bearing. Oil level of bearing body is measured by oil ruler .It is reliable and practical. Pump design with axial clearance adjustment mechanism can reduce the impact of wear on pump performance.
3, Open impeller structure, good corrosion resistance, not easy to clogging
4, packing seal and single and double end face mechanical seal; It has internal and external decoration, balanced and non-balanced structure.
5. Y type ordinary motor or YB type explosion-proof motor is used for pump drivers.
