2 in 1 HCL synthesis system
2 in 1 HCL synthesis furnace is composed of synthesis section and cooling section. Hydrogen and chlorine gas are mixed and burnt into HCL gas, the HCL gas is cooled and deliver to other appliction process, such as PVC, polycrystalline silicon which the HCL is involved in or go through falling film absorber system to produce HCL acid.
The heat generated in the synthesis process could be recovered as hot water or steam according to customer's request.

3 in 1 HCL synthesis unit
3 in 1 HCL synthesis unit/furnace is mainly used to produce HCL acid through the combustion of hydrogen and chlorine gas mixture. It combines synthesis section, cooling section and absorption section together as one complete column system. The extra tail gas scrubber is needed for a eco-friendly emission standard.
