Introduction of [DC-LINK Capacitor durability Test rig]
The durability test-bed of 5920C/2000 UF DC-Link capacitor is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of GB/T17702-2013 standard. It is controlled by Panasonic PLC programmable controller (FP-X L40R) and measured by two-way A / D conversion module embedded in PLC. All the parameters and the working state of the instrument are displayed and set on Taiwan's 7-inch color touch screen (MT6070iH). Humanized interface, easy to operate. The instrument also has automatic voltage regulation, automatic timing, test on-off, over-voltage and over-current short circuit protection, etc. Function to ensure the safety and reliability of the instrument. This instrument has the advantages of simple operation, good performance and high reliability. This equipment is suitable for DC capacitor durability test and impulse discharge test.

Maintenance:
To prevent the occurrence of electric shock, do not lift the cover of the instrument. All parts inside the instrument need not be maintained by the user. If there is an abnormal condition in the instrument, please ask for maintenance from my laboratory. the attached lines and block diagrams are for reference only.
Regular maintenance:
