2.main feature
1) machine foundation,the guide rail is comfortable, the head stock use cooling property structure, To improve the stability of the machine and the spindle.
2) The Before and after the spindle bearing use high precision ball with diagonal contact bearing. The stability is best, and bearing load is bigger.
3) Guide use cast iron casting, use hyperacoustic quenching. To Ensure long-term stable machining precision and service life
4) X axis use Four point one line type,Y axis screw rod three point one line structure, to Ensure that guide work more smoothly and Not influence by lateral force.
5) Z axis guide use enclosed design, to protect the guide when the machine are working.
6) Spindle flange connection plate adopt international standards and design. The hydraulic chuck was made conveniently and efficiently.
