The Specification for Swiss Type CNC Automatic Lathe Machine with auto feeder for Sale LY-12C
LY-12C series machine tool belongs to Swiss high-speed high-precision CNC bar lathe (CNC precision automatic lathe), and is a universal CNC machine tool which is specially designed for machining “slender-shaft” parts and “small precision” parts and features high precision and high-speed stability. Due to the adoption of Japan THK rolling splined shaft synchronous rotation device and total-travel synchronous rotation guide sleeve, 240mm materials can be fed by one-time clamping. The machine tool adopts high-speed precision electric spindle, built-in high-resolution encoder and high-intensity cast iron machine tool body, and has a high-rigidity design, with the C-axis indexing accuracy reaching 0.001°. The machine tool adopts U-shaped cutting tool arrangement, ensuring high rigidity of the system as well as high machining efficiency. The machine tool is equipped with an automatic feeding machine, to realize continuous machining, greatly improving the machining efficiency. It can be widely applied to the combined machining of slender-shaft parts and precision parts in automobiles, electronic communication, faxes, printers, medical instruments, home appliances, lockmaking and other industries.
