Product introduction
Fiber optical bypass protection system(OBP)provides Node protection for LSPs,it can bypass the failed link as well as node through next-next-hop(NNH)backup tunnels.It adds bypass relay functionality to any network node,can automatically switch by detecting the nodes optical power supply or signal failure.Therefore to ensure that traffic from an LSP traversing a neighboring router can continue to reach its destination even if the neighboring router fails.
