Product description
Cutter Suction Dredger is self-propelled or non-self-propelled, portable cutter suction dredger. Hull can be dismantled and re-assemble easily with box structure. Widely used in sand-excavating, river dredging, channel maintenance and broaden, desilting, reclamation for channels and land, port construction etc.
(1). Main engine Every Highling Dredger is equipped with the following world class diesel engine, such as Cummins, Caterpillar, DEUTZ MAN-WMW, Weichai and so on, which can be guaranteed the after-sale service all over the world. Customers can choose any one according to their requirements!
(2). Dredge pump The dredge pump is high efficiency made from wear resistant casting impeller and liners fitted on heavy duty shaft and high quality roller bearings. The impeller is fitted on the shaft by trapezoid thread directly machine on the shaft end. The shaft sealing is a water cooled sealing that can be replaced after wear life. The impeller is a special type of double curved vanes high efficiency and wear life optimized tested in laboratory and onboard of dredgers. The impeller is fixed on the shaft by trapezoid thread machined directly in the impeller hub.
(3). Cutter head The cutter motor is hydraulic driven low speed and high torque heavy duty design. The cutter motor is mounted on the cutter front piece on the ladder end. A special cover is provided to protect the motor from damage due to sand, rocks and debris. The cover can be removed from easy inspection and maintenance.
