Cutter Suction Dredger Description
According to customer’s mining request, The cutter suction dredger is cutter suction style with whole steelwelded body.
1. This cutter suction dredger is designed to dredge in coastal, rivers and lakers areas;
2. The whole cutter suction dredger is dismountable in road and sea transportation sections;
3. Engine room and pump section are accessible by watertight hatches;
4. Cutter shaft runs on roller type bearings in an enclosed shaft housing flooded with lubrication oil a lock oil tank to ensure a positive pressure
inside the bearing housing is located on top of the wheelhouse;
5. The spacious control cabin is ergonomically designed fitted on a raised platform with all around non obstructed view, 2 operators consoles containing engine instrumentation and controls for winches, dredge pump, suction and discharge pressure gauges, navigation light controls, airconditioned and well insulated;
6. Below the control cabin is a changing room located with table, chairs and washbasin;
7.The underwater section of the cutter suction dredger is protected with a marine coating system and cathodic protection for use in a saltwater environment.
Working environment:
1.The range of adaptation to the environment: the temperature no higher than 40 degrees Celsius in summer and winter temperatures not lower than -10 degrees Celsius, the air humidity is no more than 30%, wind power does not exceed 7 in rivers.
2. River ore requirements: sand ratio is no less than 60% (clay content is no more than 10% scree content is no more than 15% gravel content is no more than 15% Wind Stone is no higher than 10%.)
3. The ship diesel engine should apply to the CIS countries grade use of fuel, oil.
4. The ship is equipped with night-time lighting system suitable for all weather conditions and working uninterrupted.
5 .2-3 person operate every time.
6.The entire dredger is equipped with safety barriers
