300T HYDRAULIC WHEEL PRESS, AUTOMATIC CNC WHEELSET PRESS WITH DOUBLE-CYLINDERS FOR ROLLING STOCK WHEELSET MAINTENANCE
1. Product overview:
Heqiang Machinery Wheel Presses are designed for mounting and dismounting wheel-set components (wheels, brake discs, gearwheel) of railway rolling stocks. They are available with the following features:
1) Pressing force available from 2,000kN up to 5,000kN;
2) Single or double end cylinders available for options;
3) Perfect centering of the wheelset during the mounting and dismounting process;
4) Loading and unloading wheelset by means of a motorized transfer trolley;
5) Automatic component positioning by means of an automatic measuring device;
6) Mounting or dismounting wheels / brake discs) with a single positioning on the wheel press;
8) Automatic recording of pressing curve (force vs displacement), as well as radial and axial run-out and back pressure test
2. Main Features of the Horizontal Wheel Press:
1) Gantry frame structure, Dual-end cylinders, special anti-upsetting centres and movable resistant column, with delicated trolley for splicing and feeding. It's suitable for assembly line.
2) Full Automatic control, CNC operating system, easy to learn, achieving the convenience and visualization of operation;
3) High accurate measuring device, ensure that both wheel inner distance and wheel position difference reach the relevant requirements;
4) Multiple function of System software, including wheel calibration function, function of automatic record, intelligent judgement, print, save and query to wheel pressing curve of pressure-displacement;
5) Unique hydraulic servo system, adjustable pressing speed, can realize the pressing, dismounting and back-pressure test of various types of wheelset;
6) Center hole positioning, pressing without turning the axle, shorten the working time and improve the process efficiency.
