1.Brief Introduction:

Heqiang Machinery Hydraulic Wheel Presses are used for mounting / dismounting and back pressure testing wheel-set components such as wheels, brake discs, gear, gearbox, etc. On to / off of axles for all railway rolling stocks. They are available with the following features:
i) Pressing force of 2,000kN up to 5,000kN;
ii) Single or double end cylinders;
ii) Perfect centering of the wheelset during the mounting and dismounting process;
iv) Pre-fitting stand;
v) Loading and unloading operation by means of a manualy operated or fully automatic carriage;
vi) Automatic component psitioning by means of a measuring device mechanically;
vii) Mounting and dismounting of six components (two wheels and four brake discs) with a single positioning on the wheel press;
viii) Standard roll-in or pass-through design;
ix) Automatic recording of mounting curve, radial and axial runout and back pressure test of each mounted component.

3.Performance features:
- Gantry frame structure, Dual-end cylinder work, special anti-upsetting centre and movable resistant column device, equipped with wheelset support trolley, can fulfill support for different types of wheelset.
- Button operation, easy to learn, achieving the operation convenience and visualization.
- It can achieve non-turning around dismounting, shortening working hour and improving process efficiency.
- this Wheelset press Can configure back-pressure test function as per customer's requirement.
