1. Application scope:
This bearing mounting machine is applicable for wheelset rolling bearings' mounting of different types of domestic/foreign EMU, urban rail transit (Metro,Light rail), coaches with 2~4 brake discs, normal wagons, all types of locomotive and EU trains.

2) Overall frame structure, dual-end cylinder work, special anti-upsetting centres and intelligent lifting platform, stable cylinder pressure and high-accurant mounting curve;
3) System software has multi function, including wheelset calibration and automatic record of wheelset mounting pressure-displacement curve, intelligent judge, print, save and query;
4) Operation system is with copyrights, easy to learn and operate.
5) Unique hadraulic servo system, achieving the adjustable mounting speed, ensuring the stable and reliable pressure during pressing;
6) Center hole positioning, without turning the axle, shortening work time and improving work efficiency.
