UHMW-PE marine fender pad is in more than 5 million unique molecular weight,low coefficient of friction thermoplastics.Extremely high wear resistance(greater than steel) and very low maintenance costs,has widely used in ports fender.Fender pad is easy to install,can be installed to steel frame,conrete,wood and rubber body.
UHMW-PE as the ideal material for low friction, long lasting facings on any fender system or protective panel.
UHMW-PE marine fender pad for steel frame last for longer, generate less friction,lower shear forces,strong tensile strength at yield,tensile strain at yield,tensile strength,enongation at break,impact strength,hardness more than other materials or grades. The most popular colours are black, yellow and blue, and other choices such as green, white, orange, grey and red are available on request.
