SYNBON Paver RP403Machine overview
2.1 Product Purposes and Range of Application
RP403 asphalt concrete paver is a full-hydraulic crawler small paver first launched by XCMG in China. With the overall width of only 1.8m, the paver is the smallest in China; applied with full-hydraulic drive and microelectronic control, the paver has advanced technology and stable and reliable performances.
F Extensively applicable to maintenance works of municipal roads, county and town roads, expressways and classified highways.
F Especially suitable for paving of residence roads, bikeways, landscape “greenways” or roads in other narrow areas.
F It is able to pave a multiple of materials such as asphalt concrete of various grades, modified asphalt concrete and rubber asphalt concrete.
2.2 Product Characteristics2.2.1 Performance Characteristics
1. Equipped with Dalian Deutz water-cooling diesel engine with model of B40-11T3R-A046. The diesel engine is turbocharged type suitable for plateau areas. In addition, cooling system of the diesel engine uses oversized water tank with cooling power up to 45kW, which substantially improves cooling capacity of the diesel engine.
2. Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic integrated technology is used. Left and right running devices are driven by mutually independent closed hydraulic circuits. The system under the control of microcomputer is able to control working speed to be constant.
3. The hydraulic system, a kind of load sensitive system, applies load sensitive valve of international renowned brand that exerts proportional control over material distributor and conveyor and generator unit, reduces throttling loss and substantially decreases energy consumption of the system.
4. Material conveying transmission uses full-hydraulic transmission. The material level height under the control of material bat is correct and effective; the machine is optimized in terms of conveying structural design and has following major technical characteristics:
a. Height of discharge outlet of conveying bottom plate is higher than height of distributing rod to overcome low efficiency of feeding, stockpiling and discharging in front of the basic ironing plate and improves distributing efficiency.
b. In order to improve wear resistance of the conveying bottom plate, all bottom plates of the machine use imported highly wear-resisting steel plates.
c. Conveying protection device effectively prevents entry of materials into the chain by means of optimized design and improves service life of the chain.
5. Material distributing transmission uses full-hydraulic transmission and applies left and right independent transmission; the distributing material level height is controlled by two ultrasonic sensors to render accurate and effective control of material level height; height of distributing rod of the machine is adjustable according to paving thickness with lifting stroke of 60mm; distributing chain uses high-strength 20B-1 chain;
6. The machine is equipped with eccentric vibrating and electric heating telescopic ironing plate.
7. Leveling system uses automatic leveling control device, most advanced device in current industry. The machine is equipped with angle leveling instrument or multi-probe ultrasonic height sensor (optional).
8. The electrical and electronic control system in scientific and reasonable design has high reliability and good man-machine interface and boasts fault self-diagnosis function.
9. The ironing plate has sinking prevention function to prevent sinking of the ironing plate due to lack of material supporting force while the paver is halted and waiting for feed, which could result in sinking of paving course.
10. The ironing plate has locking function to ensure the ironing plate will not rise and form a pavement lifting platform when it resumes working long after it is halted and waiting for feed.
11. Left and right hopper hydraulic systems are under independent control. Their postures can be adjusted separately according to construction conditions to substantially improve trafficability through narrow roads.
12. Leveling boom traction points use flexible linkage structure to overcome the traces produced on the pavement by impact of skip into the paver.
13. The seat can rotate out of the machine body to broaden view of the driver; the driving shed uses hand pump boost mechanism to lift and lower the driving shed easily, which reduces manpower and decreases labor intensity.
14. Mechanisms of the machine like ladder, handrail and controller take full account of ergonomics for easy maintenance.
