3-Phase Stepping Motor Driver CF31022M
Overview
CF31022M is a 3-phase hybrid stepping motor drive based on DSP control. It is a new generation of digital stepping motor drive which combines advanced DSP control chip and 3-phase inverter drive module. It uses a similar servo control circuit, which can make the motor running smoothly, almost no vibration and noise. When the motor is at high speed, its torque is much higher than 2-phase and 5-phase hybrid stepping motors. The product is widely used in engraving machine, medium-sized CNC machine tools, computer embroidery machine, packaging machinery and other high resolution, large and medium-sized CNC equipment.

1. High-low double voltage mode, suitable for low 50V to 300V high voltage motor
2. Single pulse dual mode, suitable for pulse+direction mode and CW,CCW double pulse mode
3. The highest numerous response frequency can reach 500 Kpps, is the traditional drive receiving pulse frequency
4. Suitable for 3-phase, 3 and 6 leads hybrid stepping motors, with NEMA size34 to 42
5. 5V,12V,24V signal input compatible, need not external current limiting resistor
6. Single power input, voltage range: AC110V-230V
7. Output current selectable value from 1.2~7.0A/phase
8. Current reduction by 50% automatically, when motor standstill mode is enabled
9. Optical isolation signal input / output
10. Positioning accuracy is up to 60000steps / turn
11. Over Voltage, Coil to Coil and Coil to ground short circuit protection
12. The highest numerous response frequency can reach 500 KHz, is the traditional drive receiving pulse frequency
