YHZS25 mobile concrete batching plant

Introduction

YHZS25 Mobile concrete batching plant is a kind of concrete mixing equipment which is capable of moving. Batching system, weighing system, mixer, storage system, unloading system, and fully-automatic control system of the batching plant are intelligently integrated as a whole in a trailer unit. Production capacity of YHZS25 mobile concrete batching plant can reach 25 m³/h. It has advantages of good mobility, convenient installation and disassembly, and stable performance, being the optimal equipment for field construction projects such as railway, road, port, bridge, hydropower and so on.

YHZS25 mobile concrete batching plant aggregate is lifted by hopper to be loaded or is conveyed by belt conveyor to be loaded. Electrical components is from Siemens, with reliable performance and high productivity, applicable for mass production of concrete. Linings and mixing blades of mixer adopting wear-resistance materials, specially treated unique shaft-end bearing and its seal style greatly increase the service life of host machine. 

The station has complete functions including batching system, mixing system, measuring system and control system, occupies small area, and is cost-effective, applicable for large and medium-sized flowing construction projects of hydropower, road, port, airport and bridge.
