Introduction
Jianxin HZS25 concrete batching plant, the forced and highly efficient equipment, is used to produce plastic and dry hard concrete with high productivity, widely applying to large and medium sized construction projects, road and bridge projects, and precast factory of concrete product.
It is the ideal equipment for commercial concrete production. This batching plant adopts JS serial double-horizontal-shaft forced mixer with good mixing quality, short mixing time, and durable wearing part, as well as easy operation and convenient maintenance. It adopts electronic scale with latest design ideas, microcomputer control and digital display. Electronic scale is equipped with buffer device; and double-horizontal free shafts mixer, batching machine and other relevant equipment can be combined flexibly.
HZS25 has the function of automatic compensation and has a high measuring accuracy. Sand and stone feeding system adopts flat leather belt and Y-shaped leather belt, and is equipped with walkway for maintenance. The station is the ideal choice for construction units to produce concrete with high quality.
Performance and characteristics
1. Adopt combined structure and modular units, so that installation and removal are easy.
2. Adopt PLD800 batching machine to batch aggregate with high productivity.
3. Host mixing machine and aggregate lifting adopt JS500 double-horizontal-shaft forced concrete batching plant with excellent mixing quality and high efficiency.
4. Adopt electronic scale to measure water with high batching accuracy.
