Introduction
YHZS50 mobile concrete batching plant is a new concrete mixing equipment which can be towed to move, with novel and compact structure. It integrates material collecting, weighing, conveying and mixing processes in a trailer unit, so that it can move conveniently. And it combines domestic and foreign new technologies to gain the advantages of accurately weighing, uniformly and efficiently mixing, easy operation, convenient movement, and reliable tow, so that it is the best option for moving construction of road, bridge, port and hydropower projects.
YHZS mobile concrete batching plant series of Jianxin Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd is developed for the projects with short construction period, long construction line and frequent movement. It has compact structure, small occupied area, convenient installation.
Performance and characteristics
1. Easy to disassemble and move
It is not necessary to disassemble all connections of the batching plant except external equipment such as screw conveyor and cement silos, only a 30-ton crane is enough to finish disassembly within one day.
2. Excellent mixing performance
Adopts double-horizontal forced mixer, mixing material uniformly in a short time. Can mix well dry hard concrete, semi-dry hard concrete, plastic concrete and different ratios of concrete.
3. High-grade configuration, high reliability, accurate measurement and convenient operation
Reducer of mixer, measurement sensor and main electrical elements of control system are all imported, to greatly reduce faults of equipment and increase measuring accuracy. The whole equipment is controlled by computer, with automatic control mode, manual control mode, and easy operation.
