Introduction
HZS35 concrete batching plant is small sized concrete batching plant and is usually called 35 station by customers. This batching plant is mainly made up of host machine, batching machine screw conveyor and other relevant devices. Its theoretical productivity is 35m3/h. The concrete batching plant is divided into four parts of sand and stone feeding, powder material feeding, water and additive feeding, as well as conveying, mixing and storage. The equipment adopt overall steel structure, and the H-shaped steel with nice appearance enforces the overall structure intensity of the concrete batching plant. Equipment is easy to install so that it is applicable for various terrains.
Jianxin HZS35 concrete batching plant adopts JS750 double-horizontal-shaft forced mixer which discharges 0.75m3 every time. Batching machine is the PLD1200 three-hopper batching machine; cement is stored in cement silos, conveyed by screw conveyor, and measured by cement weigher. The station is applicable for medium and small sized construction projects, precast components factory and commercial concrete factory.
Jianxin HZS35 concrete batching plant with excellent mixing performance adopts JS750 helical double-horizontal-shaft forced mixer which discharges 0.75m3 every time and has a great mixing function to mix dry hard concrete, plastic concrete and various ratios of concrete well. Batching machine is the PLD1200 three-hopper batching machine; cement is stored in cement silos, conveyed by screw conveyor, and measured by cement weigher. The station is applicable for medium and small sized construction projects, precast components factory and commercial concrete factory.
