Introduction
JS1500 concrete mixer is a kind of large and medium sized mixer applicable for larger construction projects as important construction machinery. It is forced horizontal-shaft mixer with multiple functions that it can mix both dry hard concrete and light aggregate concrete.
JS1500 concrete mixer of Jianxin Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd can work independently and also can be combined with PLD serial batching machines to make up a concrete batching plant. It is used to mix dry hard concrete, plastic concrete, fluid concrete, light aggregate concrete and various mortar. It has a reasonable structure, novel arrangement, convenient operation and maintenance. During mixing, mixing shaft rotates to drive mixing blades to cut, squeeze and reversely push materials in the mixing drum, so that materials can be mixed well through the strenuous relative movement. Thus, the mixer has advantages of high mixing quality, lower power cost and high efficiency.
JS1500 concrete mixer of Jianxin Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd can work independently and also can be combined with PLD serial batching machines to make up a concrete batching plant. It is used to mix dry hard concrete, plastic concrete, fluid concrete, light aggregate concrete.
Performance and characteristics
1. double-horizontal-shaft forced:
Forced concrete mixer can mix dry hard concrete and light aggregate concrete, making concrete mixed strongly and uniformly.
2. Pneumatic discharge:
With discharge door installed under the bottom of mixer, it can perform discharging by air cylinder. In the opening-closing position of discharge door, adjust sealing position to ensure the sealing pf discharge door.
3. Long service life:
Components are imported and diameter of mixing drum is half of that of vertical shaft mixer with the same capacity, thus speed of blades is half speed of vertical shaft mixer, so that blades and linings are worn slightly and have a long service life.
