Introduction

Batching hopper capacity of PLD2400 aggregate batching machine is 2400L. It can batch 2-5 kinds of materials, with theoretical productivity of 120m3/h.

Performance and characteristics
1.PLD2400 concrete batching machine has precise weighing sensor with excellent performance.
2. Overall structure is reasonable with strong rigidity and nice appearance. It conveys material steadily to ensure the normal feeding.
3.There is material block shield to prevent material from spilling. Screw tensioning device is installed at the tail to adjust tensity of belt conveniently and quickly.
4.Vibrators are installed on the sidewall of sand silo and sand weighing hopper, helpful for fast weighing and fast unloading.
5.This machine can ensure the batching accuracy of cement, sand and stone reliably, and take use of electronic weighing system to improve weighing accuracy further.
