PCB recycling plant was researched and developed by our company ,integrates different breaking and crushing technology from home and abroad, it makes raw material such as printed circuit boards to be the mixture of metal and resin fiber powder by crushing and pulverizing ,then separates metal from resin fiber powder by classifying and high voltage electrostatic separator , In order to solve the pollution problem it also equipped with Impulse dust collector ,which can effectively solve the pollution problem ;

3.Application of pcb recycling plant :
PCB recycling plant is applicable for all kinds of e waste ,such as printed circuit boards ,waste computer motherboards ,waste cellphone boards ,waste TV boards ,copper-clad plates ,motherboards from home appliance ,etc ;
4.Main components of pcb recycling plant :
4.1. Pre-crusher : used for crushing waste raw material into powder under 3mm ;
4.2. Analyzer : used for analyzing the fineness ,bigger size of powder will come back to crusher for crushing again ;
4.3.Impulse dust collector : used for collecting the dust produced during running machine ;
4.4.Elevator : used for lifting the raw material into high voltage electrostatic separator ;
4.5.Classifier : used for classifying the powder of metal and resin fiber powder ;
4.6.High voltage electrostatic separator : used for separating metal and resin fiber powder ,the metal separation rate is more than 98%.
