2,Main features of waste pcb recycling machine:

1). New process of advanced mechanical pulverization and high

3,Working principle of waste pcb recycling machine:
PCB Recycling Machine (high voltage electrostatic separation type) 

adopts a process route that makes raw materials such as printed 
circuit boards to be a mixture of metal and resin fiber powder by 
dry crushing and pulverization and then separates the metals from
 the non-metal materials such as resin by high voltage electrostatic
 separator.

4There are four steps to work:
1.First crushing (let the big board to some small)

2.Secondary Pulverizer (let the small board to powder)

3.Classifier

4.Separate the products.

Through the secondary mechanical pieces, and make PCB as a metal
 and nonmetal mixed powder, again by the air separation technology, 
or electrostatic separation technology, the metal and nonmetal 
powder can be completely separated and collected. Dust caused in 
the production process can be used carbon adsorption removal or 
closed ring room, dust, or simple bag dust removal, the whole 
process in a production line to realize, fully enclosed operation,the 
production of won't produce any pollution. Recovery of copper and 
fiber glass all can be used again
