Our pcb recycling machine is developed in combination with advance
d domestic and foreign technology. The equipment adopts advanced
recycling process by physical methods. Such crushers and high
voltage electrostatic separation devices developed by the company
are of strong innovation, and their process lines for resource recycling
are advanced and reasonable. Such equipment can conduct recovery
processing by mechanical pulverization for various waste printed
circuit board, computer boards, TV boards, aluminum-plastic panels, copper-coated plates, printed circuit boards
and processing waste and waste and used electric appliances.
It offers high recovery percent of mental, of which, the purity is
up to 98%.
2,Main features of pcb separator:
1). New process of advanced mechanical pulverization and high
voltage electrostatic separation is adopted so that the purity of
metal and nonmetal separated after crushing and dissociation is high;
2). The key technology is to organically integrate different breaking
and dissociation equipment dedicated to various waste and used printed circuit board so as to achieve the maximum energy-saving effect and high metal separation rate;
3). The unit consumption of energy to treat one ton of waste and
used printed circuit board is only about 3/5 of that of domestic
product alike; the largest treatment capacity of one set of equipment
is 1 ton per hour.
4). The price of it is only 1/5of the similar equipment at home and
aboard, and the recovery rate of copper is about 3%-5% higher than
other manufacturers of the sort.
5). It has good comprehensive performance, having special effect
on computer board, calculator board, TV board and other control
printed circuit board, and compatibility for recovery of various
circuit boards with capacitor components.
6). This product line is an upgraded and renewed product of wind-
separated products, which consumes less power than wind-separated type and has no noise. It needs less manual operation and
has higher degree of automation. It improves the efficiency and
become compact.Thus it is the most ideal production line to recycle
waste and used circuit boards up to the present day.
3,Working principle of pcb separator
The mixture of metal and non-metal material gained from crushing -
pulverizing-classifying raw material of printed circuit boards is fed
into the material hopper of air separator,then into the separation
zone of the separator .Since the separator is connected with a dust
removal system ,a horizonal air current is formed which
moves the materials in horizonal direction .Meanwhile ,with the
action of the gravity,the materials move downward .Due to the
different specific gravityof materials ,non metal materials such as
fone dust and grains which bear smaller gravity are taken away by
the dust removal system when the mixture passes the
separating plate,leaving the metal materials with larger gravity into
finished product recovery zone
.Thus the separation of metal from non-metal materials is achieved.
