I. Main Features and Function:
A. C-Frame Structure, ahead of the machine body is equiped with two drawer bar, which expanded operation space, improved its rigidity, enhanced the workpieces in high precission, improved dies’life.
B. Using converter to adjust speed, makes the adjustment of speed accurate and reliable, expands its technical scope
C. Using combined pneumatic friction clutch brake system, realized that the slider could stop at any position during working process.
D. Driven by cam,the slider can transverse processing between top dead center and bottom dead center.
E. Epuiped with integral die sets,each station die is installed in the die sets, the closed height of each die could be adjusted separately, and it is convenient for installation and adjustment.
F. During each stataion, it is transimted by cam driver, the transimission is smooth and in high precision repositioning.
G. Unique air line system provides overload protection function for machine.
F. PLC electric control system is equiped with virous display instrument and test device. It can alarm and park automaticly when the machine runs improperly.
