There are so many methods to desalinize sea water in the world, such as distillation, electrodialysis, cooling crystallization and reverse osmosis. The distillation and cooling crystallization need the high expenses and complex device, easy to scale and high thermal energy consumption; the electrodialysis need high electricity consumption and high cost, difficult to get water with the large-scale. 5. The membrane equipment investment of membrane sea water desalinization includes building projects, power projects, automatic-control engineering, pipeline projects and other relative projects, they are the mature technology and projects, the investment risk is very little;
6. Desalinize sea water with Reverse osmosis, and nanofiltration technology, keep various trace mineral substances in sea water which are beneficial to human body, which have the bioactivity, which is safe to be drunk directly;

Reverse osmosis sea water desalinization has no phase change, the salt content in the concentrated sea water separated is 2-3 times higher than raw sea water, the concentrated sea water not only can be used to cultivate many kinds of high-grade sea food, such as sea cucumber, sea-ear, scallop, large yellow croaker, prawn, moray and so on, but also extract the sea chemicals, such as bromine, magnesium, uranium, plaster, sodium sulfate, salt, potassium oxide, magnesium sulfate, magnesium chloride, magnesium phosphate, magnesium oxide and so on more economically, which can realize the comprehensive utilization of sea resources;
