　　FPN filter disinfection and sterilization:

　　autoclave sterilization: the sterilization is done in the 135℃ autoclave, 30 minutes every time, the sterilization time accumulated can reach 10 hours.

　　online steam sterilization: 135℃ steam sterilization, 30 minutes each time, sterilization time accumulated can reach 10 hours.

　　Chemical madicine sterilization: the chemical medicine can be compatible with FPN.

　　Operation limit:

　　max. positive direction pressure drop:21℃, 60psi(4.1bar)

　　max.negative direction pressure drop:21℃, 30psi(2.1bar)

　　max.operation temperature: 82℃ hot water, 0.7bar

　　GE filter element performance and features:

　　FlotrexTMPN(FPN) filter element is the economic filter element. All the structures are made of PP, therefore, it has the good chemical compatibility and extremely low soluble substances. FPN filter element filtration medium is the hot-melt PP fiber, filtration aperture is smaller and smaller from outside to inside with echelonment. Therefore it has the good holding sludge capacity and without releasing any fiber fragments.FPN filter element is made by hot-melt in the clean room, there is no glue and additives.

　　Application scopes:

　　FPN filter element is the economic one, which can be the replacement of filter element of membrane filtration.

　　Post filtration after ion exchange bed;

　　Preprotection filter element of expensive terminal precision filtration;

　　Filtration of massive chemicals;

　　Filtration for fluid polymer, painting, ink;

　　Catch filtration of thallus in the beer.
