Nickel-Iron Foam Technical Specification
Nickel-Iron (Ni-Fe) foam is a three-dimensional porous metallic material characterized by high porosity (70-95%),
lightweight structure, and excellent thermal/electrical conductivity.
Composed of interconnected nickel and iron alloy skeletons, it exhibits robust mechanical strength,
corrosion resistance, and high-temperature stability (up to 600°C).
Its large surface area and open-cell structure enable efficient mass/energy transfer.
Applications:
Widely used as a catalyst support in hydrogen/oxygen evolution reactions (HER/OER),
electrodes for batteries (e.g., Ni-Fe batteries, supercapacitors), electromagnetic shielding,
and filtration systems. It is also applied in fuel cells, energy storage devices,
and industrial catalysis due to its customizable pore size and density. Ideal for energy, environmental,
and electronic industries.
