SPJ-YJ Emergency terminator is mainly used in PVC synthesis, and usually used at the situations that polymerization should be terminated emergency for special reasons. SPJ-YJ has fast chain terminating speed, strong seepage force, high freeze resistance and excellent low-temperature flexibility.

Application technique
SPJ-YJ Emergency terminator is colorless liquid. Its flash point is higher than 50℃. It is slightly soluble in water, soluble in most organic solvents. It is easy to polymerize when heated or exposed to catalyst, and can polymerize with other monomers.
SPJ-YJ Emergency terminator is mainly used in PVC synthesis, and usually used at the situations that polymerization should be terminated emergency for special reasons.
Press the PSJ-YJ emergency terminator into polymerizing pot with nitrogen when use it. Suggested dosage: 30M3 pot 100L/time; 70M3 pot 200L/time. The recycle of VCM should be operated as normal procedure.
The recycled VCM should be used in batches, so as not to influence the efficiency of initiator.
ATTENTION
This product is inflammable, so please keep it away from fire sources. Please rinse with large amount of water if contacting it.
Please use it following Labor Protection Rules of Chemicals.
Packing and storage
1. The product is packed in galvanized drums (net weight: 180kg).
2. Keep it avoid the collision and the sun, stored in a cool dry places.
3. Guaranty year: six months.
