SPJ-PM series viscosity reducer agent is mainly applied to the production and processing of EPVC resin. It can reduce the viscosity and stability of the paste resin. SPJ-PM series can also be used in the oil industry, detergents, pesticides, textile and other industries.

Packing and storage
1. This product is packed in iron drums, net weight: 200Kg; or packed according to client's requirements.
2. Please prevent it from collision, insolation, rain and inversion, and store it in dry, cool, shady and ventilated places.
3. Effective period: 12 months. After the effective period, it can also be used if tested to be qualified.

Application technical
SPJ-PM Viscosity reducer Please add SPJ-PM Viscosity reducer (the usage was 0.1-1.0% of emulsion) into the reactor after the emulsion polymerization of EPVC resin finished. Stir it to uniform, dry it, and then you will get low viscosity EPVC resin. Or add SPJ-PM Viscosity reducer (0.5-2.0% of resin) into the reactor between the producing processes of EPVC resin. The usage depends on its viscosity.
SPJ-PM Viscosity reducer When the room temperature is lower than 10℃, please heat the product before using it in order to keep its high flexibility.
