Application technique
SPJ-501 Ca-Zn stabilizer is a kind of non-toxic PVC liquid stabilizer. It has high dispersity, and hasn't sulfurization pollution. It can be used to produce tools, wallpaper and PVC floors, etc. It also can be used in hard or soft transparent PVC products, has the advantage of nontoxic, efficient, good thermal stability, high transparency, and without dust hazard. It is well compatible to resin, and has some lubricating effect. Its thermal stability will be improved if added some epoxidized soybean oil and phosphorous acid ester. Use it to take place of some organotin will reduce production cost.

Packing and storage
This product is packed in iron drums, net weight: 180 Kg; or packed in plastic drums, net weight: 20kg.
Keep it away from water and fire resources. Please store it in cool, shady and ventilated places, and protect it from collision, inversion, insolation and rain. Please fasten down the cap after use. Its effective period is one year if stored well.
