Application technique
ATSC is suit for suspension PVC production, and can also used in other areas. It is a kind of terminator widely adopted when producing PVC. It has the advantage of high terminating speed, high oxidation resistance, low comprehensive cost, good terminating effect, easy storage and so on.
Thermal stability will be greatly heightened if used ATSC together with bisphenol A.
ATSC is pure solid material, so please dissolve it in alkaline aqueous solution before uses.
Suggested dosage: when the polymerization gets to the end (Transformation ratio: about 85%, pressure: 0.1&0.15MPa), terminator ATSC dosage is 0.0033% of the quantity of VCM usually. (Abnormal dosage is adopted to terminate polymerization in emergency, reference dosage is 0.021 % of the VCM.)
Attention
When transporting or moving sealed ATSC need to pay attention to the safety. Don't breath in the dust of ATSC. Keep the eyes, skin and cloth from contacting the ATSC.

Packing and storage
It is packed in carton drums lined with plastic bags, net weight is 10kg, or packed according to client's requirements.
It should be stored in dry, cool and shady places. Please keep it away from heat sources, insolation and rain. Don't damage its package. Effective period: one year. After the effective period, it also can be used if tested to be qualified.
