SPJ-FH Antifouling Agents has the ability to prevent the adhesion of PVC on the reactor wall. The product is transparent liquid, capable to reduce black and yellow spots of resin and extend kettle cleaning period.

Packing and storage
1. It is packed in plastic bottles; net weight: 1.5kg; 20 bottles/ (carton) box; or packed in drums lined with plastic; net weight: 190kg, 200kg; or packed according to client's requirements.
2. The product should be placed in dry, cool and ventilated warehouses. Please protect it from insolation and oxidant. The container should be sealed to prevent from color and quality changing. Its guaranty period is one year if stored well. After the period, it can also be used if tested to be qualified.
Application technical
Recommended usage: Please clean the kettle very carefully the first time, clean the accumulated
resin bonding materials sticking to the kettle wall to make the kettle wall clean as possible as you
can, then rinse it with a water gun.
Other matters
When using steam spray, the air pressure should be 0.4~0.6MPa, 0.8MPa will be better.
1. Before spray, the condensate in the steam pipes should be drained clean.
The first spray may not complete, users can spray it by hand. Spray by hand, we suggest dosage double.
