Application technical
This product is a viscosity reducer of copolymer such as PVC and PE, and it can also be used as plasticizer. It is high-tech product developed by our technicians through many years' efforts. It is widely used to process gloves, wallpaper, artificial leather, toys, automobile bottom paint and so on, capable to reduce viscosity of paste resin. Paste resin processed by SPJ-PM-ⅠViscosity reducer with has high viscosity and stability. Using PM-ⅠViscosity reducer in (E) PVC products can reduce 15-25% of DOP or DBP dosage.
It is non-toxic and odorless, capable to substitute imported TXIB and many other viscosity reducers. Using SPJ-PM-ⅠViscosity reducer of our company can reduce production cost and increase economic benefit.
SPJ-PM-ⅠViscosity reducer has special functions when used to produce PVC toilet gloves, because it has the advantages of high viscosity reducing, plasticizing and defoaming properties. So the gloves will have a high quality in intensity, elongation, felling and so on. The gloves are as good as the one produced by TXIB, can greatly increase economic efficiency.
