Brief introduction
SPJ-MZ has good liquidity, mainly applied to the synthesis of PVC. It can improve the thermal aging whiteness of the resin and eliminate the initiator’s activity rapidly.

Application technical
SPJ-MZ has good liquidity, mainly applied to the synthesis of PVC. It can improve the thermal aging whiteness of the resin and eliminate the initiator’s activity rapidly.
Add the SPJ-MZ into the reactor when the convention of PVC synthesis reached 80%. It can reduce the ratio of unstable structure of PVC, and improve the heat resistance of PVC resin. Dehydrochlorination and degradation reaction are the main reason that why the whiteness of PVC will reduce. These reactions are derived from free radical attack. Users can avoid or reduce the free radical reaction by add SPJ-MZ, and this will improve the whiteness of PVC resin.
Usually users can add SPJ-MZ into the reactor when the polymerization pressure reduce to 0.05~0.15MPa. Users should adjust the usage according to the resin model, initiator species and monomer inputs, and choose the best one.
Packing and storage
1. The product packed in 25kg dark plastic drums or packed according to client's requirements.
It should be stored in cool, shady, light-proof and ventilated places. Please protect it from
2. insolation and oxidant. Storage temperature is 5-40℃.
3. Its guaranty period is 6 months from its production date if stored well as above condition.
Attention
Please use it following Labor Protection Rules of Chemicals.
This product is alkaline, so please clean it immediately with plenty of water if contacting the skin.
