Application technique
SPJ-KHZ is mainly used in production system of suspension PVC. It can heighten the whiteness of resin and improve the plasticizing property of resin. It has high freeze resistance and excellent low-temperature fluidity, and its effective matter is not easy to be separated out.
It has high flexibility, and can be preserved at low temperature, especially applicable in northern area of low temperature, and more suitable to be used in DOS controlled charging.
Usually users can add SPJ-KHZ into the reactor when the polymerization pressure reduce to 0.05~0.15MPa (real use method differ from factory to factory). Users should adjust appropriately to choose the best amount, the finally usage depend on the model of resin, initiator’s species and the amount of monomer inputs.

Packing and storage
This product is packed in dark plastic drums (net weight: 25kg), or in iron drums (net weight: 200kg), or packed according to client's requirements. Please keep it in dry, shady, cool, and ventilated warehouses. Its guaranty period is one year if stored well. After the guaranty period, it can also be used if tested to be qualified.
