This machine is mainly composed with machine body, eccentric axis, connection rod, jaw plate and regulating mechanism. V belt is used to transfer the momentum to the connection rod to drive the moveable jaw plate to crush materials. The size of discharge material can be adjusted by hand wheel and rail.
The machine body is made of cast iron and there is a hole on the top to support eccentric axis and the front wall is installed with fixed jaw plate and the rear wall is installed with regulating screw; the two sides are installed with lining plate.
The tapered roller bearing on both sides of the eccentric axis is supported by the machine body and the two ends are installed with belt pulley and flywheel. The two-taper roller bearing in the middle is connected with connection rod.
The connection rod is made of nodular cast iron and the moveable jaw plate is installed on the top; the under groove is used as supporting point of regulating mechanism.
The function of regulating mechanism is to regulate the size of discharge material. It regulates and controls the size of discharge material by rotating the small hand wheel to drive nut to move relatively to regulating screw. One end of regulating mechanism is supported on the connection board and the other end is supported on the machine body through rail.
Jaw plates and are cast with high manganese steel that has perfect abrasive resistance.
