A Large-Scale Double Roller Crusher Line is a heavy-duty, high-capacity industrial system typically designed for processing rates from 200 to over 500 TPH (tons per hour). Engineered for continuous, 24/7 operations in mega-scale mining, cement plants, metallurgy, and coal terminals, this line utilizes two massive, horizontally aligned rollers. It serves as a primary or secondary crushing powerhouse for large volumes of medium-hard materials such as coal, oil shale, limestone, gypsum, clinker, and industrial slag.

Automated Bulk Feeding: Raw materials are delivered continuously and evenly across the full length of the rollers via an automated heavy-duty feeder to ensure maximum throughput.
High-Torque Dual Compression: Driven by independent, high-power electric motors, the giant rollers rotate inward toward each other. The incoming material is gripped by friction, pulled into the "nip zone," and instantly crushed under immense mechanical compression and shear forces.
Gravity Discharge: Materials crushed smaller than the pre-set clearance gap between the rollers fall freely through the bottom discharge chute.
Intelligent Hydraulic Tramp Release: Equipped with an advanced PLC-controlled hydraulic safety system, one roller automatically retracts to let uncrushable objects (like steel teeth or tramp iron) pass safely, preventing catastrophic equipment failure and instantly resetting without stopping the line.
